Under the customary and common laws of the United States a person commissioned a Kentucky Colonel, Tennessee Colonel or any other type of colonel, must possess evidence of their legal status in order to assert claims to exercise particular rights, privileges or benefits of their honorable title. Our new cooperative organizational development will assist in achieving this goal.
Based on a survey of 500 colonels between December 1 and December 10, 2022 as to whether we should form a private union as a cooperative only one person dissentented, on December 12 our commission of 13 colonels made a Facebook post in our private group and received 135 positive responses from 500 views during the first 24 hours, surpassing the 10% favorable response rate we were looking for with over 25%. On December 13, a resolution was passed allowing the group formation move forward as a "Cooperative" by the executive officers commission of Globcal International. As is consistent with law to form an Internet Publishing Company for those who hold Honorable Titles such as Kentucky Colonel, Tennessee Colonel, Goodwill Ambassador and other honorifics that carry or denote authority and recognition.
The business plan has not yet been fully drafted or written, it will be developed democratically over a period of 6-9 months by the founders and investors; using the cooperative methods under a special set of Bylaws for the Charter Phase of the Transylvania Company (1775) based on the actual Kentucke Magna Charta, Robert's Rules of Order and the Rochdale Cooperative Principles. The business plan will focus on an international campaign to understand the rights and privileges denoted with Honorable Titles and the authoritative verification of those that receive them.
The cooperative and the website platform of domains will be synonymous in value with its content about our own members, as much as it serves as a public relations spectacle and reference point for the promotion of the values instilled and distilled from Real Kentucky History that remain as its very heart, the Kentucky Colonel ever since 1775 and all the colonels unanimously selected one of their own to serve as its first governor in 1791 until surrendering their role as colonels to take on new positions of government, but not all of them and colonels continued in Kentucky as retired gentleman from the Revolutionary War and plantation owners who could bestow the Honorable Title upon an heir or another person to a Kentucky plantation.
The cooperative will be consensually organized and cooperative shares will be issued based on a blockchain based ID card concept that has been tested and developed to be digitally managed as a cryptocurrency citizenship which will be issued as a "work credential" with the current occupation of Kentucky Colonel; their Occupation or Deed for which they became a Colonel; and their current Secondary Career (occupation in real life). The cards will be based on the Real ID Design and have other programmable features.
This step, creating ID cards has been firmly suggested by a majority of the thirteen cooperative commissioners, meaning the cards will be made available to a minimum of 1,000 members before a practical or functional platform will generate any potential value for its users. It will also be up to these first 1,000 members if they will allow there to be 10,000 or 100,000 members; these first 1,000 voting members will pay $350 USD for their cooperative share per year, however the cooperative in accordance with the Rochdale Principles and the Laws of Ancient Kentucky other "colonels" that are in agreement with the project and formation plan are welcome as Honorable Title holders to be recognized as cooperative product consumers by collaborating $100 USD per year and requesting an identification card before February 28th. Since the types of cards we are having produced are created in batches based on proprietary data (your private data) a very secure method must be implemented using a secure electronic credential called Google Cloud Identity or IDaaS (Identity-as-a-Service), this portion of the project will be completed and implemented for those who join prior to the end of 2022 at either the voting or the non-voting consumer level by the end of January 2023 with a data entry form online using the IDaaS credential and company email at one of several domains which provides emphasis to their identity.
The suggested annual budget and cost to provide the mutually beneficial employee services, a smartphone application and a functional social media reference network is approximately $350,000 per year with a staff of 3, nearly 7 or more part-time website programmers, a number of pro-bono professionals, and by 2024 a fully functional decentralized and tested network with up to 27 internationally located volunteer embassies with a colonel-in-chief in each US State and metropolis if the demand exists to reinforce the values and bear the responsibilities of the greatest official Kentucky Office; all of these persons should be willing to engage in the promotion of Kentucky, its customs, traditions, history, its tourism industry, economic development, and intellectual property originated by Kentucky colonels or other work efforts that are relative to individuals' designation as a Kentucky Colonel which they can independently develop on their own. Our goals will always be the same, transparent non-political, non-discriminatory, and non-religious free speech while observing the customs and protocols of other countries where Kentucky colonels. Our foundational basis is estimated or speculated to have a pre-money valuation on Crunchbase of $1,000,000 per year and has already allocated $7,500 from private investors during the concept stage, it is currently ranked in the top 20,000 global tech start-ups.
Join the Cooperative, Become a Cooperator
In order to establish our cooperative properly, to protect our civil and state rights as a Kentucky Colonel each person needs to join the cooperative as an individual equitable investor, owner or consumer; each colonel must provide personal details, verify their identity, provide commission information, as well as acquire a work (employee) identification card prior to receiving any official Kentucky Colonel identity products, professional consultation, network or publishing services that will be provided by the cooperative.
In strict accordance with international guidelines, spokespersons (such as a Kentucky Colonel who is a celebrity, public figure or goodwill ambassador) must never be paid remuneration by the Cooperative or its partners for their time or other involvement; but likewise they are not limited to performing only volunteer work either; colonels are encouraged to provide their professional services to third-parties that are appropriate and competitive. Because the organization is a cooperative entity all employees are entitled to a symbolic payment of $1 per year in bond and other cooperative dividends that maintain the cooperative relationship. Should a Kentucky Colonel require or request that their travel and per diem expenses be covered by the Cooperative, this may be granted in cases where there is a clear mutual necessity or benefit. However, the responsible office encourages each cooperator to shoulder their own expenses of their office, as is appropriate in the promotion of their individual social role as a Kentucky Colonel.
Applications are approved within 10-15 days, unsuccessful applications are rejected and notifications will be sent, cured applications can be reapplied and submitted again without prejudice in 30 days or refunded with prejudice. Our service providers (permanent and temporary) require our initial orders in small batches of 100 or more, so there may be delays of up to 30-45 days before your ID card will be mailed to you. (These time spans will decrease once the cooperative has 1,000 dues paying members)

(your legal title) and/or post-nominal suffix "Kentucky Colonel" or "Goodwill Ambassador" (occupational titles) as your legal position; following our guide a very active Kentucky Colonel as a Goodwill Ambassador can earn from $1-$100,000 per year (tax-exempt income) as an online (nonpolitical and nonreligious) activist for local social events and environmental causes engaging in full-time promotional activities, making endorsements, hosting events, organizing fundraisers, and performing sales, without even being a celebrity. A Kentucky Colonel can do nearly any job; colonels historically are responsible for the creation of most occupations in America up to 1800. Everything from the Courthouses, Fire Departments, Polling Places to the Libraries were started by Colonels in America. So the next time they ask you if you are Microsoft Certified or if you are law enforcement just tell them you don't need to be certified and your badge is self-explanatory, because you are a Kentucky Colonel. If they don't know what a Kentucky Colonel is you know you have the advantage and even if they think you became a colonel the same way Colonel Sanders did, then you still have the advantage!
As an owner of the new Kentucky Colonel Company Cooperative and Community Platform (Office of the Colonelcy) aka: American Colonels, Transylvania Company and Kentucky Colonel 1775 websites you will be collaborating with hundreds of colonels from around the world to promote the prestige associated with the authoritative Honorable Title: Colonel. The cooperative is limited to a total of 10,000 members, beyond this if ever necessary would involve a cooperative division. Our vision is 1,000 members that pay $1,000 per year and 9,000 members that pay $100, the cooperators that join at the higher level are equal in voting power, but are recognized as founders as well as be nominated for the Kentucky Pioneer Commission and Medal.
But of course let's approach this carefully until we have 10 and 90, then 100 and 900 members engaged
All employee owners are issued an official cooperative company credential for use online electronically, an email login and a physical identification card issued by an international card issuer that works with state and federal agencies mailed to their home. A license will be issued for the use of common-law trademarks that can be accredited only to users of the Honorable Title commercially and non-commercially as the source and origin of the Kentucky Colonel dating back to the days of the First Colonel, the pioneer Col. Daniel Boone, international employees can also apply for an apostilles certificate. (Apostilles is only available for International residents.)
Cooperative title holders that pay the pilot platform registration fee of a $100 USD donation prior to December 31, 2022 are committing to a two year volunteer term of service that can be renewed each year thereafter; they will be subscribing to our "network platform services" as a colonel, they will be provided with an online credential (Cloud Identity) in 14-21 days, a Workplace account, an invitation to invest in the cooperative or become a consumer and an official identification card (license) within 90 days that will be valid from the date of issue until December 31, 2025, legal documents will also be provided which confer authority, rights and responsibilities. International residents are required to pay an additional $35 for international postage to avoid delays in shipping of mail, per package or envelope. ID cards will be expedited once they are made available on March 31st.
Applicants can return to this form at anytime within 45 days using their Google Account to make edits before data is purged and sent for printing and contractual settlement using the blockchain.
The Office of the Kentucky Colonelcy is not a military office, it is a civilian one, it is not a militia rank under another, there is no commander-in-chief and there are no generals or other officers above a civilian colonel. Colonels do not serve in militias, but they can create them as civilian officers; each colonel is authorized in common-law to perform weddings, appoint a staff, build churches, grow hemp, start a colony (county), run civil elections or charter a modern company in Kentucky using the authority of their Letters Patent. There is really not much a Kentucky Colonel cannot do, especially in Kentucky. A Kentucky Colonel may also initiate a legal claim on the behalf of the state as an officer therein (if they know about law). A Kentucky Colonel cannot be sued by the state for performing their duties or responsibilities as an officer, and likewise a colonel cannot sue the Commonwealth of Kentucky once a commission has been accepted or acknowledged. Effectively only a Kentucky Colonel can match the authority of another colonel. A Kentucky Colonel cannot be brought to court for performing their honorable or tributary duties within Kentucky or notwithstanding the state of another state within the same union or where diplomatic relations exist for the promotion of goodwill, commerce, tourism and economic development.
In 2020 we discovered that Kentucky Colonelcy was reformed several times each time making the commission easier to obtain in the Commonwealth of Kentucky following its popularization in Americana Literature in 1890 with the book "A Kentucky Colonel", when Governor W.O. Bradley shortly thereafter officially made the title a "civilian honor" bringing it from pioneer to social engineer, entrepreneur and successful role model in 1896 after evolving originally from the first government by Col. Richard Henderson with Col. Daniel Boone and eleven other colonels in 1775, then Col. John Bowman in 1776, Col. Isaac Shelby in 1777, Col. Richard M. Johnson in 1813, Col. James Bowie in 1827, Col. Cassius Clay in 1840, and President Lincoln's volunteer uniformed officers of Kentucky in 1861 which was when Col. William O'Connell Bradley and over 900 others were commissioned an honorary civilian officers by Col. John Marshall Harlan in Louisville to wear the Union Uniform in Kentucky throughout the Civil War. There have been many derivations on who was or is actually entitled with a Kentucky Colonelcy in the traditional old style sense of letters patent to convey civil authority in law.
This is simple, let us take this one step at a time in such a way that is practical and easy to understand.
We were Kentucky Colonels International since 1998 until we were sued by the HOKC and abandoned the use of the trade name then the case was dismissed with prejudice when we settled the case implementing a new law for Kentucky colonels by making a temporary injunction into a permanent one when we annexed the following content as paragraph 5.
Kentucky colonels (as individuals) shall not be prohibited from using "Kentucky Colonel," "Kentucky colonels" and/or "Kentucky colonelcy" as words or terms to describe themselves, ... as an a honorary title, for editorial, educational, informative, journalistic, literary or other non-commercial (or lawful) purposes so long as the use is not related to any trademark or service mark uses registered.
To Wit:
Inasmuch That We Are, 13 Kentucky colonels that have consented to our non-commercial reformation of our liquidable assets such as Facebook Groups, Websites, Domain Names and editable content as a "Publishing Company" and "Intellectual Property Company" shall be established as a "Cooperative" owned by Kentucky Colonels proportionally to promote "for editorial, educational, informative, journalistic, literary or other non-commercial (or lawful) purposes" of its subscribers through a cooperatively owned and operated promotional platform, capable of a wide range of promotional objectives.
Inasmuch That We Understand, the law does not prohibit this type of formation because our efforts are those of mutual benefit through the cooperative as an international non-governmental organization and decentralized organization dedicated to the voluntary legal activities of its members interests that can be invested in the cooperative through protecting their Trademark or Title Mark granted in letters patent.
Inasmuch When We Understood, we were sued in the first place because we discovered and revealed that we had subscribed to an original false narrative as their members in previous years, deferring to the 1813 false pseudo historical narrative introducing Col Charles S. Todd as the first Kentucky colonel in 1941, when it was finally discovered Todd was never commissioned by Shelby many new facts (more than 5,000) surfaced about Kentucky colonels. We also find Col. John Bowman in 1776 and Col. Daniel Boone in 1775 and nearly 500 other colonels in Kentucky before it becomes a state. Is there some reason those colonels should not be called Kentucky Colonels?
